The cover version of “Firestarter” by Torre Florim from Dutch alternative rockers DE STAAT has been used in the official trailer for thePlaystation 4 game “Just Cause 3”. The track “Firestarter” was of course a huge hit for The Prodigy in 1996.
To Torre’s surprise, The Prodigy themselves have declared Torre Florim’s version as “the best cover ever done” on their Facebook page, Instagram and Twitter from one of their songs. This has of course caused a lot of stir and lots of people discovering online Torre Florim’s music and his usual musical outfit rock band De Staat.
