Ricky Martin springs instantly to mind with this absolute pop gem. The vocal correction on the production is a little distracting purely because hearing Alessa’s vocals without any fiddling and a diddling would have been much more appealing but slightly iffy vocal pitch correction aside this is a catchy, dance floor hit and would no doubt get all those Dad’s up and on their feet busting out their highly refined floss moves and faux Salsa twirls. The video has some major sex appeal and all the squatting and dancing is impressive which compliments the vibe of the whole catchy song. You’ll be singing this long after it’s finished and if it isn’t in the charts by the end of the year, then it would be a major surprise. Alessa Ray is one to watch.
